- Knowledge of operating procedures and work instructions for the area
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles and practices, Health, and safety procedures.
- Product and process specific knowledge, raw materials, quality procedures, cleaning procedures, Understanding and interpretation of basic process control.
- Principles of and understanding of processing equipment, Clean in Place (CIP) procedures
