Nova Life is a vibrant sales company looking for an outstanding individual to fill this vital role within our team.

This full-time position combines the role of running a lively reception, with various administrative duties at our
Roodepoort branch.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Performing adhoc administrative duties.
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Maintain workplace safety measures.
  • Procure office supplies as needed.
  • Work closely with cleaners to ensure a smoothrunning office environment.
  • Ensure the office coffee stations are consistently stocked and wellmaintained.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team and Management.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Completed degree in any field is recommended.
  • Completed senior certificate.
  • Computer literate in Word and Excel.
  • Must have own transport and valid driver's license.
