Description
Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, schedule appointments, travel arrangements, etc.- Gather content for social platforms, PR related initiatives and marketing material.
- Custodian of all Marketing Material for all marketing use.
- Work on marketing, social media and add campaigns with social media strategy.
- Brand management
- Branding of different brands within the Group.
- Internal & external Newsletter content writing and distribution.
- New ideas for and concepts for social media, etc.
- Facilitate Stationary orders.
- Maintain Marketing Budget/determining & reviewing budget requirements submitting to senior management.
- Build positive brand association with employees, encourage to be brand ambassadors.
- Coordination of public relations programmes and exhibitions or events.
- Monitoring of press releases.
- Draft, refine and issue press releases around corporate initiatives and events.
- National Diploma/Degree in Communications & PR management.
- Five years (5) relevant work experience.
- Valid code EB Drivers Licence.
- Computer literacy in MS Office packages.
- Presentable
- Project management skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Articulate, confident with communicating and able to engage and interact at various levels.
- Excellent English writing skills.
