- Purchasing process skills (SRM)
- Time Management (SAP) experience
- Deliver assigned tasks in one field of Business Management (HR, Training, Finance, Marketing or Project Management Office)
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers internally and externally
- Support the Management team and Head of Business Management and Methodologies in various tasks
- Implement the Communication and Marketing Plan and update content regularly
- Oversee and support the implementation of ISO standards and their adherence
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on tasks of Management meetings, workshops, and events
- Lead the Office Administrator Team
- Assist the Chairperson of the Health & Safety Committee with administrative duties
- Organise and maintain documentation for Health & Safety Committee task completion
- Manage department-wide calendars and schedules
- Administer office equipment and materials, including purchase orders
- Manage assets and oversee maintenance
