    Business Management Administrator

    Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

    We are seeking a skilled Business Management Administrator to contribute to our client's ongoing success.

    Essential Qualifications

    • Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent
    • Microsoft Office skills
    • Confluence /Jira proficiency
    • Purchasing process skills (SRM)
    • Time Management (SAP) experience

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver assigned tasks in one field of Business Management (HR, Training, Finance, Marketing or Project Management Office)
    • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers internally and externally
    • Support the Management team and Head of Business Management and Methodologies in various tasks
    • Implement the Communication and Marketing Plan and update content regularly
    • Oversee and support the implementation of ISO standards and their adherence
    • Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on tasks of Management meetings, workshops, and events
    • Lead the Office Administrator Team
    • Assist the Chairperson of the Health & Safety Committee with administrative duties
    • Organise and maintain documentation for Health & Safety Committee task completion
    • Manage department-wide calendars and schedules
    • Administer office equipment and materials, including purchase orders
    • Manage assets and oversee maintenance
