Our client, a high end and niche market mobility solutions business is in the market for a Sales Consultant in Cape Town.

If you are highly motivated and driven with a passion for sales, this is the right role for you


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best mobility solution unique to the client's requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client.
  • Follow up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to position the business as a leader in the market.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards of behaviour in all aspects of your work, including honesty, accountability, and integrity.

Requirements:


  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets for at least five years.
  • A passion for sales and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A results-driven, agile, and adaptable mindset is a prerequisite.
  • Experience managing multiple sales projects simultaneously and delivering timely sales targets. Minimum target of 3 sales per month is required.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly structured and organised, with the ability to plan and methodically execute sales activities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work from the office - Montague Gardens, Cape Town. Business hours are 08:00 - 17:00.

Business language:
English and Afrikaans. Any other national language will be a bonus.


  • South African Citizen.
  • Drivers License with own reliable transport.

Salary:
R25 000,00 - R27 000,00 per month
