Description

Document all new Software System requirements from the operations team (in English) - in order for us to communicate perfecty to the software developers.

• Identify risks and timeframes involved in incorporating new modules into the software system
• Suggest new ideas to provide increased functionality of the software system
• Log IT tickets with our outsourced IT service provider and manage that all tickets are resolved
• Assist staff members with very basic IT related issues (we have a fulltime outsourced IT Management company that can assist)
• Keep daily logs of work done on Software Development

• Bachelors (preferred)

• IT or Software: 2 years (required)

• English (required)

• Drivers License (required)

• Johannesburg, Gauteng (required)
