_Our client in the real estate industry is urgently looking to employ an Administrative Officer at their organization_

  • Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape_
  • Requirements:_
- _ Matric_
- _ 2-4 years of experience in an administration role_
- _ Must be computer literate_
- _ Prior work experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage_
- _ Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English_

  • Responsibilities:_
- _ Social Media management_
- _ Property24 and Webbox admin (advertising properties or removing listings)_
- _ Adding new agents to the website_
- _ Bumping up ads on Media24 and payment thereof_
- _ Liaise with and manage Webbox when adding new pages or information to the website._
- _ Assist agents with registrations (PPRA)_
- _ Assist agents with FICA compliance in respect of buyers_
- _ Assist agents with invoices for commission_
