VP SALES MEA (Managed Security Services - Cyber Security)

Main purpose of the role


This is the leading commercial position for our organisation in the MEA team, leading a team of 10+ sales staff and being the local senior manager for commercial engagements to clients.


Responsible for building, managing, developing and directing the regional team of Sales professionals to successfully promote Performanta and maximise sales potential for designated product ranges and services to new and existing customers, through leveraging strong business relationships.

In alignment with Performanta's strategy, ensure the team attains or exceeds agreed sales performance and new logos for designated products and managed security services.

Required minimum education and work experience

  • 4+ years managing a leading a sales team in a Managed Services Environment
  • Significant experience in building a sales team to drive scale
  • Sales and marketing experience at senior management level
  • Managed Services Experience in Cyber Security Sales would be an advantage
  • Relevant tertiary business qualification an advantage
