    The Group Director, Risk Operations will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of risk management strategies, operational risk controls, and compliance frameworks to safeguard our assets, reputation, and overall stability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversight and Management of Risk Operations: Ensure the effective implementation of risk management strategies, operational risk controls, and compliance frameworks.
    • Risk Strategy Development: Develop and implement risk strategies at the group level, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster exceptional communication abilities to influence and inspire stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in risk operations, compliance, or financial risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Expertise: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, operational risk management, and corporate governance.
    • Education: University Degree and operational risk qualifications.
    • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
