Job Description:
We are looking for customer-focused and results-orientated individuals, with sound problem-solving and interpersonal skills, to deliver exceptional service to customers across multiple channels.
- Query Handling (Inbound/Email/Webchat/etc.)
- Responding to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries, to deliver appropriate, accepted resolutions for customers
- Liaising with internal/ external parties to resolve customer queries
- Escalate any queries or complaints to the appropriate channels to ensure they are handled and resolved in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Experience working within the UK/USA market is advantageous
- Previous experience in Email & Webchat support/Omnichannel environment
- A Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English is an essential requirement
- Neutral accent
- A minimum of 1 2 years customer service experience in dualfocus capacity
- Must be able to work shifts
