    Job Title: National Sales Managers **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at Bona Foods (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry connections * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and promotions, to drive sales growth * Communicate effectively with customers across the wholesale and retail industry * Manage sales performance, setting targets and monitoring progress **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of success * Strong target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales growth * Ability to travel extensively, with flexibility to work on weekends as needed * Innovative thinker, with a willingness to assist with departmental initiatives * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Basic salary on offer, with possible commission and incentives **Preferred Qualifications:** * Own vehicle with a valid driver's license **About Us:** Bona Foods (Pty) Ltd is a leading food manufacturer, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
