- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability, driving the company's financial success.
- Financial Record Management: Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records, transactions, and documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Certification: SAIPA, SAICA, or other relevant professional certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proven track record of success in financial management and strategic planning.
