Job description

You will ensure that our accommodation and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard.

We are therefore looking for someone who has an eye for detail and is willing to work as part of a team.

Every one of our bedrooms is designed differently, which will offer variety in your day.

You will manage requests promptly, helpfully, and with a caring attitude to ensure the satisfaction of our guests at all times.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytics and reporting skills.
Experience with room cleaning, turndown service, and public area maintenance.
Ability to multitask, and work in a fastpaced environment.
Have highlevel attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork

Profile description
As Housekeeping Associate, you will report to Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day-to-day running of the department

You will ensure the cleaning of the guest rooms to the hotel standard and provide our guests with a memorable experience.

You have an eye for details and are willing to work as part of a team.
You will need to have the ability to work under pressure, be considerate to our guests, and be consistent in everything you do
You will communicate effectively with both the public and work colleagues.
