    Job Description

    We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our team at African-Recruitment.

    Responsibilities

    • Foster business growth through proactive prospecting, qualifying and closing deals.
    • Develop and present customized solutions for various clients.
    • Analyze client needs and propose tailored courier services.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients on all levels.
    • Ensure seamless follow-ups by the Sales Team on pending clients.
    • Sales, Targets, and Administration
    • Exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling courier services.
    • Regularly monitor and report on weekly activities.
    • Maintain an updated pipeline at all times.
    • Manage internal administrative processes.
    • Attend meetings and submit weekly statistics.

    Product Knowledge

    • Stay up-to-date on new product knowledge and best practices.
    • Enhance selling skills and communicate to the Sales Team.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor services.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Matric or equivalent qualification.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
    • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in the Logistics Industry.

    Skills

    • Lead generation and deal closure expertise.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
