• Handling sales inquiries and providing admin support to External Sales team.
• Closing sales and achieving monthly targets shared with the sales team.
• Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products
• Maintaining longlasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional aftersales service.
• Developing indepth knowledge of product features and benefits.
