CHILDLINE KWAZULU-NATAL THERAPEUTIC MANAGER
Childline KZN seeks to appoint a full-time, permanent, Provincial Therapeutic Manager to be based at its Provincial headquarters in Morningside, Durban.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Management and oversee therapeutic department and social workers
Coordinating workshops relating to the project
Therapeutic intervention, tracking, monitoring and evaluation of cases and programme
Promoting Children's Rights
Conducting sites visits
Project management/Office Management
Report Writing
Stats
Supervision Of Like Skills Facilitators
MINIMUM PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a Social work degree (Honors), with a registration with the SACSSP
- Extensive experience in the practice and legislation pertaining to child protection and related areas
- Demonstrated 710 years of management and supervision in the social work field
- Ability to work independently and to build functional teams
- Good understanding of local, national and international children's rights programming
- IT and database programming, computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft
- Demonstrated ability in building partnerships, networking and multisectoral integration
- Valid 8 drivers licence
- Demonstrated Case management and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and analytical skills
REMUNERATION:
Zar negotiable
