    Description

    Job Summary

    The Product Manager will provide senior strategic direction and implementation of online products, increasing revenue and market share through customizing, configuring, and creating new product solutions.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Determine the product vision and prioritize changes based on client needs.
    2. Conduct customer research and propose improvements or additions to the product.
    3. Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring quality and accuracy.
    4. Collaborate with development and testing teams for excellent communication.
    5. Work closely with Business Analysts to translate the product roadmap into user stories and acceptance criteria.
    6. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful realization of product changes and risk assessment.
    7. Understand usability and UI/UX principles, collaborating with designers for a seamless customer experience.
    8. Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders and management.
    9. Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    10. Review product changes before release to clients.

    1. Represent the customer by improving the product to meet client needs and create value.
    2. Work independently and collaboratively as part of the organizational team, as well as with clients.
    3. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    4. Effectively communicate at all management levels with clients/stakeholders.
    5. Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment within area of responsibility.

    Self-management and Teamwork

    1. Develop productive working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
    2. Influence and participate in change initiatives positively.
    3. Continuously develop expertise in professional, industry, and legislation knowledge.
    4. Take ownership for driving career development.

    Desired Experience and Qualification

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matriculation certificate.

    • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or similar fields would be advantageous.

    Experience:

    • 2-3 years' experience in product ownership or management roles.

    • 1-2 years' experience in leadership positions.

    • Experience writing product specifications.

    • Experience aligning multiple stakeholders on delivery scope.

    • Experience maintaining a product roadmap.

    • Basic knowledge of the software development industry.
