As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing exceptional sales support and building strong relationships with our existing client base.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, identifying potential sales opportunities, and assisting in the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, followups, and excellent service.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions and product recommendations to meet their requirements.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the external sales team in their efforts by providing necessary sales support and resources.
  • Collaborate with team members to create sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads and opportunities are accurately tracked and updated in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Be proficient in articulating product details to customers and prospects, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.

Sales Targets and Objectives:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within the existing client base.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and industry trends.
  • Gather competitor information and provide insights to the sales team for strategic decisionmaking.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other internal departments, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share progress, challenges, and ideas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
  • Adept at problemsolving and critical thinking to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in B2B sales is a requirement.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry is a requirement.

Remuneration:


The Internal Sales Consultant position offers a competitive compensation package, which includes a Basic Salary and Commission structure, designed to reward high performance and drive individual and team success.

In addition to the Basic Salary, the Internal Sales Consultant will be eligible for a commission-based incentive scheme. The commission structure will be performance-driven and tied to achieving and exceeding sales targets. The more sales achieved, the greater the commission earnings potential.
