Description

Confident and tactical leader that can make sense of a complex manufacturing environment, able to unblock blockages, develop solutions, and close the gaps.

Must take personal accountability and lead by example. Responsible for the development, performance, and growth of the company. Manage the business through SmartSheet, daily scrums with key areas (production, engineering, support).

Assist with the identification of outsourced licenced and portable manufacturing opportunities. Complete viability studies, cost benefit analyses and recommend and implement course of action. Responsible for engineering, design, and configuration management. Identify strategic partners.

Identify infrastructure, processes, controls, systems to meet operational requirement and implement the necessary to ensure optimal efficiency. Be involved with the hands-on coordination of the design, industrialisation, supply chain, logistics, production, quality and programme management functions. Be a part of the ExCo team. Jhb based.
