The role?

  • Technical review of customer enquiries to determine requirements.
  • Provide technical knowledge support and advise on product range related to cranes spares and rigging / lifting equipment.
  • To process sales enquiries/orders and managing orders through to payment
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships for key accounts and all clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers.
  • General Administration.

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

  • Responsible for complying with company systems, processes and procedures. (sales/quote/order process through to billing/being payment)
  • Responsible for contribution to the product line business development strategy and the introduction of new technologies and/or alliances.
  • Responsible for supporting the integrated management system and business policies. (using the integrated management system & ensuring all documents are up to date with the any changes and rolling this out to the team, i.e., documents on SharePoint, UOR's etc.)
  • Responsible for complying to all EnerMech QHSE policies.
  • Responsible for ensuring accounts payable invoices are completed weekly, complete weekly sales tracker updates or pass information on for update as appropriate.
  • Responsible for ensuring client specific requirements are met, i.e., submission of Monthly client reporting.
  • Responsible for managing individual accounts on a daily basis and support as a team to deliver priorities and workload.
  • Responsible for regular client Visits/customer growth.
  • Identify AFE requirements and feedback to sales lead and head of business line.

Recognized Qualifications and Experience

_Essential:
_


  • Experience working with Microsoft systems, Excel, Word etc.
  • Technical knowledge of offshore and onshore cranes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals to identify crane spares and parts.
  • Knowledge of lifting equipment and rigging lofts.
  • Previous Technical sales experience with product line (cranes and lifting).
  • Dealing face to face with clients.
  • Driving License.
  • Strong Commercial & Financial understanding.

  • Previous technical experience in similar role.
  • Knowledge of the EnerMech business activities and respective product line.
  • Previous experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
