    REQUIREMENTS
    • Matric Certificate: Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics, Technology & Design
    • Bachelors degree in business or Sales Management
    • Diploma in Business or Sales Management.
    • A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience serving as a Sales Manager
    • Technical knowledge and experience in the Filtration Industry, Mining and Heavy Industry will be an added advantage
    • Computer Literate i.e., Outlook, Online Meetings, MS Word, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, Pastel Accounting Manufacturing will be an advantage
    • Valid drivers license is essential with own vehicle.
    • Ability to travel 30% of the time


    DUTIES
    • Achieve customer and market growth in helping meet Sales Targets by successfully managing the Sales Team.
    • Ensure a highly motivated Sales Team.
    • Developing an effective Sales Team by properly organizing and directing them in their customer relations, sales, and sales administrative tasks.
    • Designing and implementing a Strategic Sales Plan that expands the Companys Customer Base and securing increased market share.
    • Setting KPIs for sales team members and ensuring that they are met.
    • Managing; Assisting with recruiting of Technical Sales Representatives; Setting Objectives; Coaching, Training; and Performance Monitoring of Sales Representatives.
    • Prepare drawings, estimates and tenders that meet specific customer needs.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements, promote company products, and provide Sales Support.
    • Develop and control Sales and Service Programs.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    • Determine Price Schedules and negotiate prices and terms of sale and Service Agreements.
    • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of Sales Team Efforts.
    • Prepare and present Sales, Revenue and Expenses Reports, with realistic Forecasts to the Director & Management Team.
    • Resolve customer complaints regarding Sales and Services.
    • Monitor market conditions, competitor prices and products.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Participate in Industry Events, attend Trade Shows and Conferences.
    • Keep abreast of Industry trends, advancements, and new technological improvements.
    • Visit all existing customers with sales members and provide feedback to Director.
    • Ensuring that "new" customers is generated through the sales team.
    • Achieve set targets through the sales team.
    • Adhere to all Company Administration Procedures & Polices, and updated Company Business Policy.
    • Carrying out any further Management Tasks that are not listed above.

    Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
