Sales Administrator


Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent Microsoft Office skills and a passion for sales administration? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills, we would love to hear from you


Requirements:


  • Grade 12 or equivalent

Tasks and Responsibilities:


Sales Orders:
Receive and process orders from Reps/Agents.
Prepare and sort orders for pricing vetting.
Communicate any queries or discrepancies to Reps/Agents.
Accurately process orders onto the accounting system.
Check the accuracy of captured orders.
Maintain organized filing of captured orders.
Continuously update the order system and remove old orders.


Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for Reps, Agents, and Management.
MTD Report
Weekly Sales Meeting Report
Customer Reviews
MBR reports
Export Sales
Tonnages
2lt Sales Analysis
Spar Incentive
Heart Foundation
Rep/Agents review
Reps Incentives
Mass Balance report


Assist Debtors Team:
Provide support with claims or queries they may have.


Financial Audits:
Assist auditors with information for our annual financial audits.


Invoicing Support:
Assist with the invoicing process.


Quoting and Proformas:
Provide proformas and quotes to Reps/Agents or customers.


Product Listing and Customer Queries:
List our products with customers.
Respond to queries on social media platforms, specifically Facebook.


Ad-hoc Duties:Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the sales team.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From R12,000.00 per month
