    Role Overview

    A dynamic and rapidly growing Renewable Energy company seeks a highly motivated Business Developer to drive business growth, create valuable opportunities, and expand operations.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Sales growth through new client acquisition and relationship building.
    • New business opportunity identification and pursuit using sales prospecting tools.
    • Update and management of sales records, customer communication, and order tracking.
    • Administration tasks, including data entry and processing.

    Key Areas of Focus

    • Sales and Marketing: Creating strategic plans, advising on marketing campaigns, and presenting the company at events.
    • Technical Support: Assisting clients with product knowledge, warranties, and technical aspects.
    • Management and Reporting: Providing daily updates, compiling sales reports, and motivating the sales team.
    • Training and Development: Recruiting and training sales consultants, identifying knowledge gaps, and improving sales techniques.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • General administration skills and knowledge in Electricity, Energy & Water Supply.
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
