Sales Support Coordinator


We are a car rental company based in Johannesburg looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to work in our offices based in Halfway House, Midrand.

We offer a long-term rental solution to our clients (Corporate & Individuals).


We are looking for an individual who willprovide valuable support to our sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.

Ability to analyse and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage company's profile through Facebook page, Twitter page, Instagram page, Tiktok page, youtube channel and Google ADS.
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department.
  • Ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage and distribute leads to sales department.
  • Prepare a daily, weekly, and monthly report based on number of leads received from each platform, and which were converted successfully.
  • Allocate leads received from each platform accordingly.
  • Follow up on leads and sales department daily.
  • Follow up on leads converted and outstanding leads.
  • Keep record of sales trends

Requirements:


  • Proven 1 year experience as sales coordinator.
  • Proven social media experience.
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems.
  • Indepth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
We offer a market related salary based on experience.


Salary:
R7, R10,000.00 per month
