    Sales Representative at Cap-Security

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in a key location.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Promote and sell guarding and specialized services contracts to existing and potential customers.
    • Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development.
    • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
    • Generate new business leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
    • Additional responsibilities as required by the role.

    Desired Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proven sales experience, particularly in a sales role.
    • Similar experience in an annuity sales environment with references to support a track record of success.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
    • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient knowledge of sales systems such as Listener and Salesforce.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to use own initiative.
    • Able to work under pressure meeting deadlines and targets.
    • Consistent, dependable and efficient in all aspects of work.
    • Advanced computer skills including Excel and ability to develop reports.
    • Valid driver's license and access to own transport.
    • Ability to work flexible hours based on client requirements.

    Working Conditions:

    Permanent position, working 45 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.
