Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus visits.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Sound knowledge of hospitality industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and select top talent for a variety of positions.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
