    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • To meet and exceed monthly and yearly customer targets, ensuring the company's profitability margins and long-term sustainability.
    • Maintain the existing customer base and identify new business opportunities to achieve yearly factory volumes and targets.
    • Nurture relationships with existing and potential customers through active networking, creating growth opportunities that drive sales.
    • Submit well-documented price increase justifications to customers in a timely manner.
    • Achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to align with the Economic Development Plan and requirements.
    • Analyze customer forecasts, comparing them to contract and/or previous forecasts and selling rates to manage inventories and delivery performance.
    • Track delivery performance and adverse buy measurements, communicating variances to customers.
    • Communicate trends and variances with Plant/Supply chain management for alignment and implementation.
    • Educate stakeholders through effective communication, supporting informed decision-making for the business.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance profitability within the customer base.
    • Ensure accurate and timely costing, analysis, and pricing uploads for internal and external customers, driving profitable business decisions.
    • Provide ad-hoc departmental administration support as needed and ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time.

    Job Requirements:

    • Matric Certificate
    • Bachelor of Technology or Degree in Marketing, Finance, Logistics, or equivalent
    • Understanding of financial concepts related to costing
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry
