    Description

    Role Purpose:

    Drive organizational capability through strategic talent resourcing initiatives to secure top talent for MAST Services (Pty) Ltd. Collaborate with Leadership to understand talent needs and align resourcing strategies to meet people plans.

    Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

    • Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders to develop in-depth understanding of requirements, informing sourcing strategies.
    • Build talent pipelines for future needs.
    • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition services, including proactive communication with key stakeholders.
    • Consult with business to support targeted attraction strategies based on business drivers and research analysis.
    • Proactively source candidates through internal databases, alternate channels, referrals, talent days, and mapping exercises.
    • Provide regular market trends and analysis, influencing recruitment plans.
    • Engage with preferred suppliers and build relationships to deliver suitable talent.
    • Accountable for resourcing reporting, including performance analysis against KPIs.
    • Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Assist in aligning and achieving Business Area Transformation targets through targeted sourcing.

    Experience and Knowledge:

    • Talent acquisition specialist with expertise in complex recruitment for demanding clients.
    • Skilled in creative sourcing strategies for small-medium businesses.
    • Able to work in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
    • Effective communicator with strong advisory skills and senior-level influence.
    • Strong networker with adaptability, resilience, flexibility, and energy.
    • Ability to analyze recruitment data and trends, implementing corrective actions.
    • Commercial acumen and experience dealing with tight deadlines.

    Requirements:

    • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
    • 3-year qualification in HR field is essential.
    • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
    • Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes.
    • Experience in research, market mapping, networking, and stakeholder management.
    • Experience in managing vendors/suppliers and SLAs.
    • PAN African lens experience is an advantage.
    • Experience selling Company's EVP as total value proposition.
