Job Context:

We seek a highly skilled and strategic Marketing and Communications Director to spearhead our marketing activities within the facilities industry sector.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Relevant Qualification in Marketing and Communications
Proven experience years) in a senior marketing & communications role
Strong understanding of current marketing trends and technologies.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.

Familiarity with a variety of marketing channels and platforms

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement marketing and communication strategies that align seamlessly with the company's objectives.
Strategy and Planning: Conduct thorough market research to determine trends, competitors, and opportunities
Strategic Brand and

Public Relations Management:

Strategically manage relationships with media outlets, overseeing press releases and orchestrating other public relations initiatives to enhance brand perception and influence.

Strategic Campaign/Event Oversight &

Digital Videography:

Promoting the Servest brand and services by creating, editing, and posting engaging video content on multiple platforms but primarily on Business platforms such as Linkedin.

Graphic Design Oversight: Provide creative direction and oversight for the graphic design team, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Team Leadership : Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Copyright Development and Compliance: Develop and implement internal policies and procedures with the Legal department to ensure adherence to copyright laws and ethical use of intellectual property.
