Description
The purpose of the Head of Creative Services is to lead a team of designers to execute against the company's brand strategy and
ensure quality and consistency in all creative deliverables. The role will also be responsible for leading the execution of the
company's visual brand identity across all platforms, including the implementation and quality assurance of the brand
guidelines, overseeing the design of all creative work and branding materials as well as providing design outputs themselves,
and ensuring consistency in messaging and visual style. The role is also responsible for the management of timelines, resources,
budgets and applicable technologies.


Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior-level graphic design role


Knowledge / Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. InDesign (highly skilled), Illustrator (competent), Photoshop (competent), After Effects &Premier Pro / Rush (advantageous).
  • Strong design skills and a deep understanding of design principles, techniques, and trends.
  • A good understanding of the technical aspects of design, including software tools, production processes, and file formats
and the ability to provide technical guidance to team members and ensure accurate output formats.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, inspire and grow a team of designers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and
stakeholders.

  • Account Management and/or Project Management skills including the ability to plan and prioritise tasks, manage budgets
and ensure that projects are delivered on time.

  • Understanding of brand guidelines and standards and the ability to develop and maintain these guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Leadership:


  • Provide leadership, creative direction, and feedback to foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Assign tasks and projects, ensuring that team members work together effectively.
  • Implement design tools to enhance performance, while reinforcing the use of design management software.

Design Quality:


  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all design deliverables and provide guidance and feedback to designers to ensure that all work meets the company's brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Collaborate with all subdepartments within Marketing to identify potential resource sharing.
  • Implement new processes to improve marketing department efficiency and agility.

Visual Identity Management:


  • Oversee the design and execution of all creative work and branding materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual style across all platforms.
  • Ensure Visual identity updates are communicated and updated on all platforms.
  • Support the creation and delivery of brand and design training content, materials and programmes to colleagues, agencies, and partners across all areas of the business.

Agency Partner Management:


  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring best creative results and resource sharing.
  • Actively manage the network of Brand Champions (internal and agency), leading monthly meetings, quarterly inspiration sessions and annual agency sharing sessions.
  • Facilitate agency events / teambuilding / special occasions.
  • Ensure creative resources are archived.
  • Identify, implement and manage a platform in which both internal and external stakeholders will have access to campaign related resources.

Learning and Innovation**:


  • Continuously seek new and creative ways to enhance the company's visual identity and incorporate innovative design techniques and technologies.

Budget and Resource

Management:


  • Manage budgets and timelines for all creative deliverables, ensuring timely and costeffective delivery of highquality work.
