    Our Team: The Bay Hotel, situated against the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range and mere minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, seeks a Travel Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. We require a highly organized and travel-savvy administrator to provide exceptional support to our travel team, manage travel documents and reservations, coordinate logistics and itineraries, and ensure seamless travel experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with trade partners, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
    • Proficient English language skills (speaking, reading, writing, understanding)
    • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the hospitality industry
    • Familiarity with Opera Experience and knowledge preferred
    • Above-average efficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, website management platforms, and analytics software
    • A passion for luxury hospitality, tourism, and guest and client experiences
