Purpose of the roleThis is a fixed-term role with an opportunity to become permanent, and requires employees to work the following shifts:
- Shift 1: 08:00
- 16:1
- Shift 2: 09h00
- 17h1
- Shift 3: 10:4-19:00
Outputs/Core tasks
Conduct telephonic interviews in English and Afrikaans and complete the interview the first time by attaining the relevant information.
Accurate recording and/or capturing of client responses.
Explain basic medical terminology when requested by client.
Insight into indicators of any medical risk behaviour and accurately document such information. What will make you successful in this role?
Role Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in Nursing / Bio-Technology or similar qualification will be an advantage
Knowledge
Knowledge of Life Assurance and/or Financial Services industry.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience
1-2 years' work experience in an outbound call centre.
1-year experience within a medical environment will be an advantage.
