    **Job Description:**

    We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at {company}. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with various business units and domain experts to understand business challenges, elicit requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.

    You will analyze data effectively to answer critical business questions and provide insights. You will develop and maintain data analytics solutions across platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, SAP BW, and Microsoft Azure Cloud. You will employ a structured data analytics development cycle to implement robust solutions.

    You will address ad hoc data analytics and reporting requests, identify opportunities to add value to the business through innovative data solutions, and share knowledge within the team to enhance technical expertise and business understanding.

    You will stay abreast of industry standards and best practices to refine internal processes and ensure all reporting and analytics solutions align with stakeholder expectations.

    Data Visualization & Reporting:

    • Create and implement visually compelling reports and dashboards using best practices.
    • Adhere to established standards and procedures within the Data Management and Analytics Team.

    Key Qualifications:

    • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications in data analytics tools, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Python, or SAS, are advantageous.
    • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience engaging with business stakeholders and implementing Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
    • Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale data sets.
    • Strong experience in modeling business problems and excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated experience in operationalizing data analytics solutions.
