    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pick products from shelves based on order sheets or electronic systems.
    • Pack items securely and neatly, ensuring they meet our standards.
    • Ensure accurate scanning and inventory before packing.
    • Label and prepare packages for dispatch or customer collection.
    • Maintain organized stock in the storage area for efficient picking.
    • Collaborate with the stockroom team to ensure a well-stocked environment.
    • Perform quality checks to ensure products are in excellent condition before packing.
    • FOLLOW ALL SAFETY AND QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a similar role (picking, packing, or stock handling) is preferred but not required.
    • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move boxes or items when needed.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (preferred).

    We offer a competitive salary of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
