OmTalent has an exciting opportunity for a Junior BI Analyst to join a team of young, passionate and motivated individuals making waves in the world of data analytics.


Key Responsibilities include:

Data and Digital Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of sales and supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Translate complex data sets into meaningful and actionable business recommendations.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide datadriven insights to support decisionmaking.
  • Analyze digital marketing campaigns, website performance, and user behavior to optimize strategies.
  • Provide insights into customer journeys, conversion funnels, loyalty programs, and user segmentation.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

Business Intelligence Tools:

  • Utilize Tableau to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Leverage Excel for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Tableau to enhance our reporting capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst with a focus on digital analysis.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • SQL experience is a must.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Salary:
R18,000 per month (Gross)

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
