About the Company
PracticeHub is building the complete growth and retention practice management platform for chiropractors. Our platform provides scheduling, paperless notes, client billing, patient retention, and automation for chiropractic clinics.


PracticeHub is one of the fastest growing platforms in the chiropractic ecosystem, working with large clinics like Willow Chiropractic, Halsa Group and universities such as McTimoney and Barcelona College.

We believe that chiropractors have been ignored and misunderstood by legacy and cloud based practice management platforms.

We're here to give chiropractors the tools to easily grow and retain patients within their clinics, whilst being able to focus on what's important:
chiropractic care for their clients.


We have an office in Gibraltar, Europe, with remote teams working throughout the UK, Spain, Armenia, Indonesia, Ireland, and South Africa.


Overview

Requirements and Skills
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with:

  • A University degree;
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or relevant role;
  • Familiarity with current technologies, especially web based SaaS products;
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar);
  • Experience using communication tools like Slack and Google Meets;
  • Experience with Microsoft office;
  • Experience with wordprocessing software and spreadsheets;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Solid organisational skills;
  • Fluent English;
  • If you know Spanish, this is an added bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Performing market research;
  • Preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records;
  • Creating presentations, as assigned;
  • Managing operational handbooks and internal data;
  • Assisting the CEO in maintaining inbox zero;
  • Maintaining team and individuals calendars;
  • Scheduling meetings, managing thirdparty meeting requests, and taking meeting minutes;
  • Organising events (conferences, team meetups, trade stands), including booking travel and accommodation;
  • Addressing employees' administrative queries.

Up to R20,000.00 per month

  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Executive Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
