Description
An account manager assistant provides administrative and operational support to an account manager.


Duties include:


  • Data entry and database management: Updating client and account information in databases and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Proposal preparation: Assisting in preparing proposals, presentations, and other documents for clients.
  • Order processing: Processing orders, managing inventory, and handling logistics.
  • Billing and invoicing: Assisting in preparing and sending invoices to clients, and monitoring accounts receivable.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports on account activities and performance, and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Project management: Assisting in managing projects, timelines, and budgets for clients.
  • Customer service: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Overall, the account manager assistant will be n supporting the account manager and ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts.
  • Must be highly organized, detailoriented, and able to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Additionally, should have strong computer skills and be proficient in using various software programs and tools commonly used in the industry.

Permanent


Pay:
R5 500,00 - R6 000,00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
