    Description

    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for ensuring that reporting staff members understand and meet customer requirements, creating a service-driven culture. It involves accurately processing claims documents, queries, and financial assessments within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Quality assurance of claims documents
    • Reviewing and checking claims for completeness and accuracy
    • Ensuring standard requirements are met for claims finalization and requesting outstanding information
    • Updating information on Service Manager
    • Capturing details accurately on the system

    Requirements

    • Matric qualification
    • 3-year tertiary qualification in business or related field

    Experience

    • 2-3 years' experience in claims and/or administrative roles in financial services
    • Intermediate knowledge of the Life Assurance or Financial Services industry

    Skills

    • Strong networking and relationship building skills
    • Service-driven with a focus on accuracy and quality
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Adaptability to different stakeholders and environments
