Job Description:

The role will be responsible for maturing the organisation's process excellence, innovation, delivery standards, and transformation initiatives to integrate process management into the core business strategy, enhancing efficiency, customer experience, and operational agility.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic oversight and governance of business processes through a Centre of Excellence (CoE), leading large-scale transformation efforts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that all processes & initiatives align with the organisation's long-term goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Process Management: Develop and implement business processes and models to drive organisational excellence.
Transformational Change Management: Lead large-scale transformation efforts to drive cultural change and improve operational agility.
Innovation and Process Excellence: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to drive business growth.
Project Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all projects are governed in accordance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Process Automation and Documentation: Automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements:

Business Process Leadership Experience: 10 or more years of progressive experience in Business Process leadership roles, with a strong background in change management.
Management Experience: 5 or more years in management position, with experience of planning, managing and organising resources within short / medium timescales.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
