Key Responsibilities:
Her Role:

Manage guest bookings, arrivals, and departures efficiently.
Foster a hospitable atmosphere to guarantee exceptional guest experiences.
Resolve guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
Lead and supervise villa personnel, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
Oversee financial dealings and maintain precise financial documentation.
Conduct property tours and engage with agents.
Handle administrative responsibilities, including financial records and inventory management.
Supervise ongoing initiatives, ensuring effective implementation.

His Role:

Welcome guests and attend to their requirements.
Maintain the aesthetics of gardens and property.
Perform necessary maintenance tasks as needed.
Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule.
Manage administrative duties related to property oversight.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
For Both:

Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive mindset.
A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a dedication to providing outstanding guest service.

Her Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, ideally within 4 or 5-star venues.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in villa operations, covering front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping functions.
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with Evivo Booking platform is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Background in financial management, marketing, and social media engagement.
Willingness to work flexible hours and thrive under pressure.

His Qualifications:

Possession of a valid driver's license.
Experience in villa maintenance and property management.
Ability to work independently and manage diverse tasks.
