    We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Midrand.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and making changes to websites via an admin system.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
    • Update website information and capture data accurately
    • Edit photos and upload them to the website

    Requirements:**

    • Must be open-minded and customer service oriented
    • Focused on details and pedantic
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
