Job Advert Summary:
Our client is looking for claim administrator to
- Ensure all claims are investigated according to claims investigation processes.
- All investigation steps to be followed and accounted for:
- Ensure SIT is cleared prior to investigating any claim.
Minimum Requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure SIT is cleared prior to investigating any claim.
- Ensure all prescribed receiving and claims processes were followed by the store.
- Video footage is to be reviewed if required.
- Delivery documentation (freight list) is to be obtained.
- Driver trip sheet (where applicable)
- Load control sheet (where applicable)
- Collaborate details with store audits by claims auditors (where applicable)
- Process claims timeously and ensures that you follow through to completing the process.
- Signoff level of authority to be always adhered to.
- Any claims exceeding the Net value of R500.00 on Perishables and R on Groceries should be signed off by a claim's supervisor.
- Hu claims investigations should be verified signed off by the claim's manager or Snr. Claims Auditor.
- Freight list to be updated every day on SAP and handed to the person in filling (where applicable)
- Claims need to be approved and declined correctly.
