- Reporting including monthly management accounts, variance analysis, P&L performance analysis
- Budget including preparation, review, cashflow simulation and project forecasting
- Understand the EPC (Engineering, Construction & Procurement Contracts) and financial close agreements and manage the progress through the construction phase
- Loan compliance including management, reporting and stakeholder communication
- Working capital management including ownership of monthly, statutory and annual reporting
- Audit including preparation and coordination of audit deliverables
- Tax compliance and company secretarial responsibilities
- Qualified CA (SA) qualification required, with 2 to 5 years' relevant commercial experience
- Excellent technical and analytical financial management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence and accuracy
- Strong reporting skills (Advanced Excel)
- Experience in renewable energy highly advantageous, with other energy, utilities, asset heavy industries as a minimum
- Experience in project finance management advantageous
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a must
- Commercially astute with excellent communication and relationship building skills
