DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the internal marketing team, ensuring all activities align with banking industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company goals
  • Oversee digital marketing and platform performance, aligning efforts with banking regulations and optimising marketing strategies to uphold industry standards
  • Monitor KPIs and product performance, offering regular insights and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure marketing initiatives comply with industry regulations
  • Participate in brand budgeting processes and provide strategic direction for marketing activities, ensuring they meet banking industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Craft and oversee promotional messaging and campaigns, adhering to banking regulations and industry best practices
  • Define brand positioning, identify target audiences within the banking sector, and develop comprehensive marketing plans with objectives that comply with regulatory standards
  • Execute marketing programs from conception through completion, collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to banking regulations and industry guidelines
  • Analyse customer insights, market trends, and banking sector data to inform marketing strategies, ensuring they are compliant with industry regulations
  • Create and maintain analytics reports across various platforms, deriving key insights for future campaigns while ensuring compliance with banking regulatory requirements
  • Work with the development team to design and implement lead nurturing tactics that are compliant with banking regulations
  • Guide the social media team, aligning creative direction with marketing objectives and ensuring content compliance with banking regulations
  • Develop and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring they align with banking industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Manage content for customer and internal touchpoints, establishing budget guidelines and documenting processes that meet regulatory standards
  • Gather customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies and generate qualified leads, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, optimising performance and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Communicate marketing strategies, programmes, and budgets to senior leadership, emphasising adherence to banking regulations and industry standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field
  • Solid background in marketing, with a preference for experience in the banking or financial services sector
  • Indepth knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Skilled in using analytics tools and employing datadriven marketing strategies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Proven project management, multitasking, and decisionmaking skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Wellversed in online marketing tactics and social media strategy
