Core Description:


Responsible to manage Openserve Commercial Operations, Openserve Customer Care Centre and for all commercial matters relating to Openserve Services' business imperatives.

Provide inputs to and validation of all new agreements and the commercial implementation of such agreements.

Development and management of the necessary commercial processes & systems to meet KPI and SLA measurements, to support Openserve agreements.

Qualifications:

Relevant 3 year degree/ diploma (at least NQF level 6)


Experience:

7 Years relevant experience, of which at least 2 years on management level


Special Requirements:


  • Valid driver's license
  • Customer empathy
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to work long hours

Comments:


  • Have Commercial qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 5 years Order Management experience at managerial level
  • Have recent Order Management experience i.e. in the last 5 years
