Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure a positive and efficient working environment.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and high standards of customer service.
Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns.
Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Oversee merchandising and product displays to maximize sales.
Collaborate with headquarters for stock management and replenishment.
Implement labeling systems and ensure accurate checking and receiving of stock.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
Utilize POS system (Pastel) proficiently for transactions and reporting.
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with headquarters for overall store management and strategic planning.
Assist customers with product information, purchases, and inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies for increased profitability.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in POS systems, particularly Pastel.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work weekdays and Saturdays within the specified hours.
Computer literate with a willingness to learn new systems.
