    Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the e-Learning team and environments where UDL e-Learning is involved.
  • Providing e-learning administrative and technical support with regard to stakeholders and multimedia where users UDL is involved.
  • Planning and scheduling of team support activities, recordings and multimedia venue bookings.
  • Manage the e-Learning mailbox.
  • Scheduling team tasks and activities.
  • Stationery management.
  • Meeting scheduling and minute taking.
  • Contributing to the development of a strategic long-term plan for UDL regarding e-learning presentation.
  • Query handling and management.
  • Asset control: management and record keeping of e-Learning's assets.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and effective records management.
  • Ad hoc tasks

    Minimum requirements
  • Grade 12
  • 2 – 3 years' administrative experience
  • 2 – 3 years' client-service experience
  • Computer literate and high levels of efficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, MS Team and learner management systems (LMS).

    Other competency requirements:
  • An additional diploma/academic qualification will serve as a recommendation.
  • Experience in administrative support within a technology environment.
  • Good minute taking skills.
  • The ability to manage and schedule team tasks and activities.
  • Knowledge of the operations of UDL Teaching and Learning.
  • The ability to function effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal relations, communication skills and a positive client-service orientation.
  • Proven ability to effectively handle queries and liaise with students, lecturers and faculties.
  • Experience in records management.
  • Ability to guide end-users on the use of digital technologies.
