    Role Overview:

    As the Head of Operations, youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operational activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellence across the board. Youll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
    • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
    • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and resources needed to succeed.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
    • Streamline operational processes and workflows to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
    • Establish and enforce standardized procedures and best practices across all operational functions.
    • Implement systems and tools to automate manual tasks and improve overall efficiency.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and technology, to ensure alignment and coordination.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to support operational needs and requirements.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field

    • Minimum 2 – 3 year experience in ticketing for events/sports industry.

    • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on operations management and strategic planning.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

    • Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
