Fantastic opportunity to join a leading, national FMCG concern.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates the implementation of Organizational Development Activities with the HR Team.
Assist in the preparation of Employment Equity information including reports and other related administrative duties.
Work with the HR team with all HR Projects, initiatives and ad-hoc tasks. Provide data for BBBEE scorecards and assist in collation for the audits.
Assist with HR induction of new employees.
Coordinate on-boarding activities.
Assists in all recruitment, screening, selection and placement activities.
Attend relevant site meetings.
Assist the HR Manager on employee relation matters
Coordinate internal disciplinary hearings
Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective stakeholder relations.


Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing/FMCG/Retail & unionised environment as an HR Generalist
Solid knowledge of the South African LRA.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R30, R32,000.00 per month
