Property Compliance Manager Sandton
A well-established client is looking for a Property Compliance Manager with 5+ year of experience within the residential estate and property management agent industry. Conveyancing Attorneys are welcome to apply for the role.
Salary: Market-Related

Minimum Requirements:
Bcom / BA or LLB or relevant qualification
5+ years of experience with COMPLIANCE within Residential Estates / Property Management
Residential estate / property management agent experience
Knowledge and understanding of the various regulatory acts.
Interaction and correspondence with Conveyancing Attorneys / homeowners and external parties relating to property transactions
Key duties:
Ensure architectural compliance in accordance with governing deeds.
Enforce rules consistently in accordance with governing deeds.
Provide guidance to the Board on compliance matters.
Knowledge and understanding of the various regulatory acts
Knowledge of the estate and property industry's standards and regulations
Monthly meetings – some of them after-hours.
Drafting of policies
Consult the board of trustees
Ensuring compliance on building projects
